Fingerprint People |
Use two colors instead of one for more colorful little people. Simply squirt a dab of each color in a paint tray.
Then press your finger in the paint, and press on the card. Voila! You have a head. If you plan to make families or kids, use your little finger for a smaller size.
Let the paint dry a short while and then paint two round white circles for the eyes with a small pointed paint brush.
While the white paint is drying, take a nice black felt tip pen and begin giving your little people their personality. You can draw different hair styles and different angles for the arms and legs. You will be surprised at how different the personalities of your little people become when you draw them.
After the white for the eyes has dried, simple color in two small black dots for the center of the eyes with the black felt pen - and there you have it... a fun little person ready to spread joy across the world (or at least across the city!). If you want to add a little extra something, find a nice quote at The Quotations Page and add it to your card.
It really is so easy that even my 6-year old joined in.
Then I experimented with flowers...and hearts.
Då provade jag blommor...och hjärtan.
It was fun, simple, and now I have a set of made-with-love notecards that I can send out for any occasion.
Until next time...
Tills nästa gång...

ReplyDeleteToday, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter
ReplyDeleteand said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this
is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers?
ReplyDeleteMy last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up
losing many months of hard work due to no back up.
Do you have any methods to prevent hackers?

Hi! Quick question that's entirely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My web site looks weird when viewing from my iphone. I'm trying to find a
ReplyDeletetemplate or plugin that might be able to correct this issue.
If you have any recommendations, please share. Many thanks!
