How to Recycle Plastic Silverware

I love colored plastic silverware..the good thick kind. And I don't just use it once - it gets washed and returned to the cabinet for the next BBQ with friends and family. But after looking around today to find a day's worth of inspiration to show how to recycle plastic silverware, I might have to retire some pieces into something more inspiring. Here's 14 of the best ideas I found out there.

  1. I love the first one and the x- ray lamp, but it seems hard for me to collect all these plastic knives and forks, I mean how many barbeques can one host during the year ;-)

    1. I have a wierd collection of plastic spoons in my cabinet right now. Leftovers from my days growing up when mom was thrifty by necessity. I always remember her washing the plastic silverware and using it again. I guess some life lessons don't need to be taught...they are simply learned through example.
